LWB is a licensed provider of payroll administration, employment of workers and all related services. In our country, personnel administration is an extensive and complex matter. In addition, there are constant changes to consider. LWB aims to provide maximum support to entrepreneurs in SMEs, start-ups, and sole traders in this area.

We are here to inform, advise and assist our clients. How do we do that? Above all in a personal way. We believe that a personal approach enables us to work with our clients in a more focused way and achieve more. Each client at LWB is given a permanent account manager to whom they can turn with any questions. Your account manager knows your company inside out and can therefore provide you with optimal assistance. A phone call to your case manager at LWB never starts with "Can I have your client number please?". We know our clients by name.

You already understood: at LWB, the client is still king! In addition to personnel administration, we also take care of other business to make your life easier. Do you need to draft a contract, but are struggling with the wording? No problem! Your LWB account manager will send you a model contract and will also help modify it if you wish. Another example of an additional service we provide is designing payroll letters. In short: you have a wish, and we do our best to fulfil it!

Some important dates in our history:

  • In 1996 LWB bvba started with 2 employees in Paal. Back then, we managed the entire personnel administration primarily for SMEs.
  • In 2000, LWB moved to a new facility in Beringen. The company and its sales continued to grow steadily. We evolved to a team of 9 full-time and 2 part-time employees.
  • In 2006, our company was legally changed to a limited liability company. This took place after the acquisition of our office by SD Worx.
  • Anno 2018 we reached a total of 25 employees. The number of LWB individuals continues to increase.
  • In 2020, LWB merged with another subsidiary of SD Worx. LWB Beringen and SAK Dendermonde joined forces to offer their clients a more polyvalent range of services. The Social Administration Office (SAK) had been active since 1983 as a service provider in the field of payroll administration and advice on employment legislation, social security legislation, and human resources. Marc Van Ongeval was the founder and for many years the driving force behind the firm. After the merger, LWB and SAK decided to continue together under the name LWB.
  • Today our team consists of 35 employees, and we take care of the payroll for more than 2,800 customers.
