What we do
For over 25 years, LWB has been the HR partner of SMEs, start-ups, and sole traders. LWB was founded in 1996 in Beringen and since 1 January 2020 we also operate in Dendermonde. Today our team consists of 35 employees, and we take care of the payroll for more than 2,800 customers.
LWB is a subsidiary of social secretariat SD Worx. We work independently but can call on their know-how (knowledge data bank, legal aid). This allows us to always provide a flawless service. We also work closely with accounting firms.
