What we do
HR Services
For over 25 years, LWB has been the HR partner of SMEs, start-ups, and sole traders. LWB was founded in 1996 in Beringen and since 1 January 2020 we also operate in Dendermonde. Today our team consists of 35 employees, and we take care of the payroll for more than 2,800 customers.
LWB is a subsidiary of social secretariat SD Worx. We work independently but can call on their know-how (knowledge data bank, legal aid). This allows us to always provide a flawless service. We also work closely with accounting firms.
Social security and legal advice
Human resources and HR are much more than delivering a salary slip. Do you have questions about your general HR operation, notice periods or alternative pay? Our advisors provide you with targeted information on current social and sectoral legislation.

LWB takes the payroll process off your hands, quickly and accurately. With the right vision and a thorough knowledge of the business community, LWB applies social security legislation in an orderly and budget-friendly way. We do this for sole traders, start-ups, and SMEs.
